Overview

As an Auto Glass Repair Specialist at Safelite, you will utilize advanced technology to perform vehicle glass repairs, embodying the company's service-oriented spirit. Training will be provided to ensure you can deliver high-quality work while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn to repair vehicle glass under the guidance of experienced technicians
  • Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles
  • Manage work orders, documentation, and customer communication using mobile technology
  • Promote and sell Safelite promotional items
  • Clean customer vehicles during repair wait times
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles and use company-issued tools and chemicals
  • Comply with all company policies and standards

Required skills
