Overview

As an Auto Glass Repair Specialist at Safelite, you will use advanced technology to perform repairs on vehicle glass while providing exceptional customer service. You will be trained in the Safelite Way, ensuring high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction in a supportive and fulfilling work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn to repair vehicle glass under the guidance of experienced technicians
  • Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles
  • Manage work orders and customer documentation using handheld technology
  • Promote Safelite promotional items to customers
  • Clean customer vehicles during repair processes
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles and tools
  • Comply with company policies and standards
