Overview

Oneida Any AM LLC is seeking an experienced Auto Collision Body Shop Technician to join its team at the Nye Auto Collision Center in Oneida, New York. This role involves diagnosing vehicle issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Diagnose vehicle problems and carry out repairs based on work orders.
  • Inspect vehicles for defects based on customer complaints and personal inspections.
  • Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts.
  • Document all work performed in the work order.
  • Participate in training programs and stay updated on technical bulletins.
  • Road test vehicles to assess functionality and detect issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the shop and vehicles.
  • Supervise apprentice technicians as requested.
