Overview

The Auto Body Technician at Assured Automotive plays a crucial role in performing structural and non-structural repairs on vehicles. This position involves disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles while collaborating with team members to meet set KPIs.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Repair damage to vehicle body panels
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
  • Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
  • Remove and install welded and sectioned parts
  • Assess and repair structural components of vehicles
  • Utilize frame equipment effectively
  • Apply new knowledge and skills for quality and productivity improvement
  • Take responsibility for outcomes and seek continuous learning opportunities

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
  • Welding experience (MIG and TIG welding)
  • Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
