Job Description

Overview

The Auto Body Technician at Assured Automotive is responsible for performing structural and non-structural repairs on vehicles. This role requires collaboration with team members to meet the repair facility's KPIs and contribute to overall productivity and quality in the collision repair services.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Repair damage to vehicle body panels
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
  • Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
  • Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle
  • Assess and repair structural components of vehicles
  • Utilize frame equipment
  • Apply new knowledge and skills to improve quality and productivity
  • Take responsibility for outcomes and seek learning opportunities

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
  • Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
