Overview

The Boyd Group is seeking a Licensed Auto Body Technician to join their team at Assured Automotive in Montreal, Quebec. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on quality collision repair and customer service, with a commitment to employee growth and development.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Repair damage to vehicle body panels
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
  • Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and accessories
  • Remove and install welded and sectioned parts on vehicles
  • Assess and repair structural components of vehicles
  • Utilize frame equipment
  • Apply new knowledge and skills to enhance quality and productivity
  • Contribute to the achievement of repair facility KPIs

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
  • Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program
  • Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding)
  • Red Seal or 310B certification preferred
  • I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own toolbox
