Supervise, mentor, and develop audit associates and seniors. Manage client relationships and communicate audit findings/recommendations. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards. Support client service, business development, and process improvements. Preferred Masters in Accounting or related field. Experience with complex/multiple audit engagements. Strong Microsoft Office and audit/accounting software skills. Ideal Candidate: Audit Manager / Assurance Manager / Senior Audit Manager / strong Audit Senior with an active CPA, 5+ years public accounting & financial statement audit experience, 2+ years leadership, and clearly demonstrated Private Equity exposure.
