Overview

Our client, a reputable and growing Austin area law firm, is seeking a 2+ year commercial real estate attorney to join their team. This role offers strong growth potential with a defined path for advancement within the firm. The primary purpose of this position is to represent clients with drafting and reviewing legal documents, assessing legal needs, reviewing company policies and procedures, and representing clients in real estate matters.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide legal counsel on a variety of real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development mattersDraft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contractsConduct title review and due diligence on real estate transactionsAdvise clients on legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to real estate transactionsCollaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure a seamless delivery of legal servicesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and real estate transactionsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering legal advice that meets their business objectivesWork outside normal business hours as requiredUnderstand and comply with all Firm policies and proceduresQualifications:Education/Experience:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Texas. 2-4 years of experience representing clients.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
