Our Oil & Gas Practice Group is a fast-paced, landowner-focused practice that blends litigation and transactional work, with matters across Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and eastern Ohio. You'll represent landowners in oil and gas matters, handling litigation and contract work across Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and eastern Ohio. Prepare pleadings, prepare and respond to discovery, and prepare for depositions Research and draft briefs, memoranda, and litigation position statements Make court appearances and evaluate evidence for trials and hearings Review contract documents and research instruments in chains of title Counsel clients on oil and gas contract matters and potential litigation Looking for: PA Bar Admission (WV and OH licensure a plus) Recent litigation experience You should know some of the following: Civil Litigation Commercial Litigation Contract Disputes Real Estate / Property Litigation Title Review / Chain of Title Discovery and Motion Practice Depositions Oil & Gas / Energy Law Legal Research and Writing Interested in hearing more?
