We represent businesses, financial institutions, judgment creditors, and individuals in high-stakes enforcement proceedings throughout California.We are seeking a strong litigation attorney who enjoys strategic advocacy, aggressive problem-solving, investigative litigation work, and meaningful responsibility in a collaborative boutique environment.This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, direct client interaction, courtroom exposure, and the ability to manage sophisticated enforcement matters from inception through recovery ResponsibilitiesManage active judgment enforcement and creditor rights litigation matters from inception through resolution.Draft pleadings, motions, oppositions, enforcement applications, discovery, and related filings.Conduct debtor examinations, depositions, and third-party discovery.Develop and execute asset investigation and recovery strategies.Propound and respond to written discovery.Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and enforcement proceedings.Perform legal research and develop strategic litigation approaches.Maintain strong client communication and case management practices.Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff in a fast-paced litigation environment.Ideal Candidate4+ years of civil litigation experience.Strong law and motion background.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Experience handling depositions, discovery, and hearings.Experience with creditor rights, collections, receiverships, bankruptcy-related litigation, or post-judgment enforcement strongly preferred.Business or commercial litigation experience is highly valued.Active California Bar license in good standing.Comfortable managing responsibilities independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Organized, proactive, strategic, and solutions oriented.Experience is considered a Strong PlusJudgment enforcement and collections litigation.Fraudulent transfer litigation.Receiverships and provisional remedies.Asset recovery and investigative litigation.Bankruptcy adversary proceedings or creditor-side bankruptcy experience.Experience enforcing state or federal judgments.Compensation & BenefitsBase compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 + performance bonus potential401(k) with employer matchMedical insurance - 100% employee coveredDental and vision optionsPaid time offProfessional development and advancement opportunities Company Description Over the years, we have served hundreds of employers, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, and we have helped nearly 30,000 people to find rewarding employment.
