Law Firm specializing in General Insurance Defense is seeking an Attorney to join their team in Henderson, Nevada. The role is open to both experienced and newly admitted attorneys, providing opportunities for mentorship and training in Insurance Defense and Civil Litigation.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle Insurance Defense cases, primarily focused on Bodily Injury
  • Engage in Civil Litigation as needed
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills
  • Maintain a detail-oriented approach to legal work

Required skills

  • 1-5 years of experience as a Nevada Licensed Attorney
  • Experience in Insurance Defense (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in Civil Litigation (a plus)
  • Strong writing skills
