Zelms Erlich Lenkov LLP is seeking a litigation attorney to manage a caseload independently while working under partner oversight. The firm, which operates in multiple states, represents various high-profile clients and promotes diversity within its workforce.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end
  • Communicate effectively with clients, both orally and in writing
  • Respond to discovery requests and write motions
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Handle court appearances
  • Negotiate settlements
  • Perform daily time entry

Required skills

  • License to practice law in California
  • Civil litigation
  • Insurance defense (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of law practice experience
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Strong ethics and professionalism
  • Organized with attention to detail
