Overview

Our client is seeking experienced Attorneys to join their team in the Des Moines Metro area, specializing in Workers' Compensation and Immigration law. These full-time positions offer a competitive salary and a generous benefits package while maintaining a Monday to Friday daytime schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing cases from intake through resolution in Workers' Compensation and/or Immigration law
  • Preparing and filing pleadings, motions, and supporting legal documents
  • Representing clients in hearings, mediations, and proceedings
  • Communicating with clients regarding case progress and expectations
  • Maintaining accurate client records

Required skills

  • Active license to practice law in Iowa
  • Experience with workers' compensation law and/or immigration law
  • Client-focused approach
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Case management skills
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
