Messerli Kramer is seeking a Senior Associate or Lateral Attorney to join their Banking Practice Group in downtown Minneapolis. The firm has a strong reputation for delivering sound legal services and is looking for candidates with significant experience in commercial banking transactions.

  • Draft and negotiate complex loan documentation
  • Review due diligence materials for commercial banking transactions
  • Handle construction lending and financing for land development
  • Possess ideal experience in affordable housing tax credit lending
