No Required Billables - Excellent work life balanceKey Responsibilities: Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive court filings Conduct legal research and prepare well-reasoned written work product Manage written discovery, subpoenas, and document review Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy Represent financial institutions, mortgage lenders, servicers, and other business clients in real estate and creditor's rights disputesQualifications: Active California Bar membership in good standing 2+ years of litigation experience Experience in litigation, real estate litigation, creditor's rights, business litigation, financial services litigation, or related practice areas is preferred. Strong background in motion practice, legal research, discovery, and depositions Trial experience is not required Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to independently manage matters while working effectively within a collaborative teamSalary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $200,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
