Job Description for Attorney - Civil LitigatorAs a Civil Litigation attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in legal matters involving civil disputes. You will advocate for our clients' rights and represent them throughout the entire litigation process including at various legal proceedings as necessary. Your duties will include:Responsibilities:Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefsConduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategiesManage all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparationNegotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedingsCollaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case managementMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trendsProvide exceptional client service, including regular communication and updates on case progressRepresent clients in various legal proceedings.
