As an attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of family law matters, providing valuable support to our clients and contributing to the success of our firm. This is a full-time position.Responsibilities:- Conduct legal research- Assist with legal administrative tasks, including document management and organization- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs- Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact client casesExperience:- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school- Admission to the North Carolina state bar association- Strong research skills with experience using legal research databases- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice- Experience in legal drafting, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients- Litigation experience is preferred but not requiredWe offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
