Job Description Job Description Seeking an Immigration Attorney with one or more years of experience in immigration law, specifically in removal defense and USCIS procedures. Job will include some appellate work and representation in family court for SIJS cases. Ideal candidates should have solid writing ability, case management skills and ability to supervise support staff.
