This role involves providing legal advice to individuals, particularly focusing on Estate Planning, Wills, and Trusts, while collaborating with a professional attorney team and assisting Legal Plan members.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls within the Legal Counsel Team
  • Identify and assess members' legal issues and document them
  • Engage customers to build a telephone relationship
  • Conduct letter writing and document reviews

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Estates, Wills, and Trusts in New York
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to synthesize information and formulate legal advice
