Overview

FSA Federal is looking for an Attorney to support the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) in their mission to combat crime and criminal enterprises. The role involves analyzing financial records related to investigations and assisting in court preparations for forfeiture cases.

Key responsibilities

  • Trace, review, and analyze financial records to determine the source and delivery of funds
  • Assist prosecutors in preparing legal theories for forfeiture and develop necessary exhibits and abstracts
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Three years of accounting, finance, or related experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proven commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation
