Gungoll Jackson Box & Devoll, PC is looking for a general practice litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a background in family law. The role involves providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Research and analyze legal issues
  • Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
  • Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop case strategies

Required skills

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar association
