Overview

Work Right NW is seeking a driven and compassionate Certified Athletic Trainer for a full-time position in Aurora, IL. The role focuses on improving worker health and safety in an industrial setting through on-the-job care, injury risk assessment, and wellness programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver on-the-job care and evaluate injury risks using computer vision tools
  • Schedule and conduct preventative and early intervention appointments
  • Rehabilitate non-work-related injuries
  • Partner with safety professionals and ergonomists to develop wellness programs
  • Leverage data analytics to assess injuries and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate on innovative programs to improve overall worker health

Required skills

  • BOC Certification required
  • CPR Certification preferred
  • Expertise in evidence-based clinical practices for evaluating and treating injuries
  • Ability to adapt to diverse work environments
  • Self-motivation and efficiency without direct supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect in various settings
