Overview

Join Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Sales Support, where you will act as the lead contact for stakeholders in Financial Wellness and SurvivorSupport. You'll design, implement, and monitor automation solutions to enhance scalability and reduce risks in a growing organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on data and business intelligence for multiple stakeholders
  • Design, build, implement, test, and monitor low-code automation and workflow solutions
  • Manage projects utilizing Atlassian Confluence and agile tools like JIRA
  • Conduct data analysis and automation with ETL tools, including Alteryx
  • Maintain compliance with business contracts and agreements

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Three years of experience in sales support or a related role
  • Experience with data warehousing and data lake technologies
  • Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Strong programming skills in SQL
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
  • Experience with Alteryx, Qualtrics, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies
