Monroe Moxness Berg (MMB) is a distinguished boutique law firm located in Minneapolis, recognized for its innovative services in brand protection, franchising, and corporate finance. The Associate Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for supporting the acquisition, development, sale, and leasing of multi-unit properties, working closely with various teams to manage transaction documents, due diligence, and closings.

Key responsibilities

  • Support acquisition, development, sale, and leasing of real estate properties
  • Collaborate with real estate and mergers & acquisitions teams
  • Draft and review commercial real estate agreements
  • Manage title and survey matters and due diligence processes
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Maintain organization and follow-through on transaction deliverables

Required skills

  • 1-5 years of commercial real estate experience
  • Experience drafting and reviewing leases and purchase agreements
  • Knowledge of title and survey review and closing processes
  • Detail-oriented with strong drafting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with supervision
  • Comfort in coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and title companies
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice in Minnesota
