Job Description

Overview

The Associate Project Manager (APM) at Anderson Dahlen is an entry-level role focused on supporting the Pharma Business Unit with managing active pharma and bioprocessing orders. The APM coordinates job flow across various departments while ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the customer order stack, including scheduling and tracking deliverables.
  • Build and maintain project trackers, schedules, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and change orders to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to customer rules of engagement and manage intake of new requests.
  • Maintain change order logs and track budget variances.
  • Support customer interactions and coordinate project-related activities.
  • Represent the company with integrity in dealings with customers.

Required skills

  • BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturi
  • 0-2 years of experience, with recent graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
  • Basic ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Exposure to ERP systems and manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
