Employees are required to work any of our 8-hour rotating shift with schedules adjusting every 2 weeks. Candidates must be available to start at any of the listed times. The start times for each schedule are 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, and 8:30 AM. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Primary Responsibilities: Under general supervision, sets up, programs, operates and maintains one or more types of high - speed production equipment to produce output according to specifications, priority, and due date in an efficient and cost - effective manner. Production equipment includes; mainframe and network printers (mono & color), automated mail inserters and meters. Responsible for interpreting both established and unique specifications for each production run to ensure quality and accuracy of output measured against performance standards. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age OR older 1+ years of experience with working in an office and / OR production environment 1+ years of experience with working on a computer (opening applications, navigating through a Windows environment) Ability to work in our office at 115 W Wausau Ave, Wausau, WI 54401 Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
