Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Associate Attorney with 2 to 5 or more years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, to join our growing litigation team. This position is best suited for a mid-level attorney who can step into an active caseload, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of assignments while continuing to sharpen trial skills through collaboration and mentorship from seasoned litigators. From day one, associates are treated as true members of the litigation team. You will be actively involved in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit evaluation and strategy through discovery, law and motion, depositions, trial preparation, and court appearances, with increasing responsibility and autonomy based on performance and initiative.
