Overview

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Associate Inventory Analyst to support the management and coordination of repair and upgrade processes within their WESCAM division. The role focuses on ensuring successful completion and timely delivery of customer products while fostering an inclusive and growth-oriented work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and coordination of repair and upgrade processes
  • Communicate status of service events to the Customer Service team
  • Resolve and escalate issues impacting delivery and revenue recognition
  • Participate in the maintenance of capacity plans and repair schedules
  • Facilitate meetings with Service Centers and internal teams
  • Track and communicate Returned Material Authorization (RMA) data
  • Pre-stage material and resources for customer commitments
  • Ensure repair data accuracy in the ERP system
  • Monitor and report on data accuracy

Required skills

  • Knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes
  • Strong analytical and querying skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and coordinate activities
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office tools
  • Team player with a sense of urgency
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Operations, Supply Chain or related field
  • CPIM Certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of repair scheduling and capacity planning
  • Experience in aerospace/military product support (asset)
