Overview

The Associate II, Quality Assurance position at Resilience is a night shift role focused on supporting quality assurance activities within a biomanufacturing environment. This role involves various responsibilities such as batch release, process validation, deviation investigations, and ensuring GMP compliance, while contributing to a high-tech, end-to-end manufacturing solution aimed at improving the future of medicine.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of understanding of production processes and quality systems
  • Perform QA review and approval of GMP documentation including change requests and batch records
  • Execute QA processes including batch record review and product disposition
  • Collaborate with other Quality professionals and site support groups to ensure compliance
  • Facilitate process improvements and risk assessments
  • Stay updated on regulatory compliance practices and recommend strategies
  • Participate in data analysis and report creation on quality metrics

Required skills

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or Quality Assurance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong motivation to learn
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in a Lean, process-centric organization
  • Multi-site/multi-functional experience
