Overview

The Associate Director, Program Excellence at Think Together will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and operational effectiveness of programs within Santa Maria Bonita USD. This position involves leading a team of Site Program Managers to maintain strong relationships within the school community and to drive program excellence aligned with district goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Site Program Managers to ensure program delivery meets organizational standards.
  • Monitor program quality and operational compliance through site visits and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to allocate resources and address contract changes.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and technical assistance to Site Program Managers.
  • Ensure all sites achieve contractual metrics and maintain funding sustainability.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field
  • 4 years in a leadership and supervisory role
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in budget management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
  • Track record of leading teams to achieve results through accountability
