Overview

NY CREATES is seeking an Associate Director for the EUV Center, who will oversee R&D, prototyping, and coordination with fab operations. The role requires significant experience in the semiconductor industry and a strong understanding of EUV and immersion lithography, leading a team focused on high-tech innovation and commercialization.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive the scoping and fabrication of prototypes for the EUV Center program
  • Manage wafer processing, scheduling, and operations support
  • Interface closely with the Director of EUV Strategy and the Technology Organization
  • Lead engineering development and fabrication with a team of engineers and technicians
  • Plan and coordinate strategic and technical meetings with partners and stakeholders
  • Establish support systems for the EUV Center program and partners
  • Implement IP controls and represent NY Creates at conferences

Required skills

  • B.S. or M.S. degree in Materials Science, Physics, or equivalent
  • 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • 5+ years as a program or resource manager
  • Understanding of EUV and immersion lithography
  • Deep knowledge of lithography, metrology, and semiconductor fab MES
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership and customer interface skills
