We work with the world's leading children's entertainment brands to manufacture and distribute exceptional products to every major mass retailer throughout North America and around the world.Job Summary:The Associate Director of Sales Systems & Pricing plays a critical role in supporting the company's pricing execution, profitability goals, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance. This role partners closely with leadership to help analyze pricing opportunities, maintain pricing systems and processes, support quoting activities, and provide data-driven insights that influence business decisions.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in consumer goods, preferably within the toy industry. This individual will contribute to pricing initiatives and operational improvements while collaborating with internal teams to help drive efficient execution and margin optimization.Principal Responsibilities:Support the development and execution of pricing recommendations across key accounts and product categoriesAnalyze costs, margins, tariffs, freight, and market conditions to help evaluate pricing impacts and opportunitiesPrepare customer pricing sheets, quotes, and profitability analysesMaintain pricing databases, systems, and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and consistencyPartner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support ongoing business needs and customer requestsAssist in monitoring material cost changes, factory updates, and market trends that may impact pricingHelp identify process improvement and automation opportunities within pricing and sales operationsSupport new item setup, promotional pricing, and ongoing maintenance of customer programsProvide reporting and analytical support for internal reviews, forecasting, and business planningMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field5+ years of pricing, sales operations, financial analysis, or related experience within consumer goods; toy industry experience preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel skills required; experience with ERP systems and pricing tools preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-throughExperience working with large retail accountsUnderstanding of tariffs, freight, and cost structure impactsFamiliarity with forecasting, margin analysis, and pricing strategy supportProcess automation and systems improvement experience is a plusOccasional domestic travel as neededFluency in English (both written and verbal).Just Play is an equal opportunity employer.
