Job Description

Overview

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $145,000/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience. Must have three (3) years of experience with/in: - Delivering quarterly business reviews, measurement plans across the business portfolio, full funnel, forecasts, A/B testing, creative analytics, audience analytics, budget optimizations, competitive reporting, budget reconciliations, KPI frameworks, data modelling, brand lift studies, and brand metrics; - Performing ad hoc support for New Business by using research, insights, consumer, brand tools, with Python and SQL for testing and modelling advanced analytics including implementations, designs, and Match market tests; - Performing measurement planning, campaign reporting, and building/maintaining campaign dashboards to monitor performance and derive insights, data integration, data maintenance, data QA, taxonomy using Tableau, Power BI, or Datorama; - Conducting comprehensive post-campaign analyses, media and creative testing/analysis, and competitive research to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify market trends, using Python for statistical analysis; - Documenting technical specifications, reporting requirements, and analytical methodologies to guide the development, enhancement, and standardization of business intelligence solutions, including data governance frameworks; - Developing standard and customized dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that summarize key business, financial, and performance metrics, using SQL for data extraction and manipulation; - Applying principles of digital analytics and marketing science to uncover and articulate insights that drive cross-channel business outcomes using AI best practices, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics; and - Balancing internal and global teams' needs with client-facing priorities, presentations, and goals.
