Reporting to the Data Enablement & Platforms Technical Suite Lead, this role works in close partnership with the Product Owner(s) to shape technical direction and ensure capability priorities translate into clear, executable plans. From there, the Tech Lead works alongside development teams, security, compliance, infrastructure teams and/or vendor partners to design, build and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.The Data Management team builds and operates integrated commercial data products that deliver unified, 360-degree views of customers and enable analytics, orchestration, targeting, and market access use cases. These products integrate and standardize data across domains such as HCP, KOL, HCO, payer, patient, consent, and product - ensuring consistent, high-quality, and governed data is available across the enterprise. As the Tech Lead, this role is a hands-on contributor and technical leader, directly involved in designing, building, and delivering solutions for commercial data products, semantic data layers, and data integration frameworks, bringing technical depth and leadership to every stage of the work.Essential Functions/ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Strategy & Technical Roadmap Development Partner closely with the Data Management Product Owner to design solutions that solve business problems, providing technical insight into what the technology can and cannot do, effort levels, and tradeoffs. Collaborate with the Data Enablement & Platforms Technical Suite Lead and Architects to translate product roadmaps into scalable and compliant technology architectures and development plans while assessing feasibility, constraints, dependencies, and risks.
