Overview

DentalWorks is looking for a Full Time Associate Dentist in Canton, Ohio, to provide quality dental care in a collaborative practice. The role involves performing various preventative and restorative procedures while ensuring a smooth workflow through teamwork and support from experienced staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and evaluations
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Perform procedures such as fillings, cleanings, extractions, and root canals
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
  • Provide prescriptions as needed
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Refer patients to specialists for complex treatments
  • Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards

Required skills

  • DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
  • Active, unrestricted state dental license or in process of obtaining one
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • DEA certification
  • NPI number
