Overview

Radicle Science is looking for an AI-native Associate Chief of Staff to support Co-Founders Pelin Thorogood and Dr. Jeff Chen. This high-leverage role combines executive operations, project coordination, and AI-enabled systems building as the company scales. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and is adept at managing priorities and driving follow-up without extensive direction.

Key responsibilities

  • Optimize co-founders' operating rhythm, including calendars, inboxes, and prioritization
  • Prepare agendas and materials for high-stakes meetings
  • Draft communications and manage follow-through on key priorities
  • Utilize AI tools and workflows to enhance productivity and execution
  • Track meetings, decisions, action items, and ensure accountability
  • Support cross-functional projects from planning through execution
  • Coordinate travel logistics and plan internal and external events
  • Maintain key relationships with investors, partners, and other stakeholders

Required skills

  • 4–8+ years of experience in executive support or project management
  • Experience using AI agents and LLMs for complex workflows
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms
