They are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join their New Jersey team, primarily remotely, to represent various clients before the Workers' Compensation Courts while managing their own caseload and developing litigation strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Attend hearings before the NJ Workers' Compensation Courts
  • Develop negotiation strategies and settle claims
  • Communicate case updates to clients and adjusters
  • Prepare witnesses and strategize for favorable outcomes

Required skills

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar
  • Experience in NJ workers' compensation law
  • 3+ years' experience in a law firm setting
  • Ability to manage cases from start to finish
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
