Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.A well-established suburban Philadelphia medical malpractice defense firm is seeking a full-time associate attorney to join our busy and collaborative litigation practice. This position is well suited for a newer attorney who is looking to build a strong foundation in litigation while receiving guidance and support from experienced trial attorneys.Prior litigation experience is beneficial but not required. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and demonstrate strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. We value attorneys who are dependable, organized, and eager to develop their skills in a professional, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include: Drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence under attorney supervision Conducting legal research and assisting with motion practice Reviewing and summarizing medical records Assisting with case preparation and strategy Attending court appearances, depositions, and other proceedings Qualifications: Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (required) 1-3 years of experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage assignments, meet deadlines, and take direction Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work productWe offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package, and a supportive work environment focused on training, mentorship, and professional growth.
