Job Description Job Description A well-established California-based defense litigation law firm in Woodland Hills is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its team. This is a full-time, in-office position offering meaningful case responsibility, mentorship, and long-term growth.Practice areas include: corporate defense, civil litigation, personal injury, construction defect, employment, and business disputes.Responsibilities:• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal briefs• Develop case strategy and advise clients• Participate in depositions, client meetings, and settlement negotiations• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and support staffQualifications:• 3-10 years of litigation experience (PI, construction defect, or commercial litigation preferred)• Experience in a law firm environment with billable hour requirements• Strong research, writing, and communication skills• Active California Bar membership in good standing• Courtroom experience a plus• Detail-oriented and team-focusedCompensation & Benefits:• $120,000-$175,000, DOE• Quarterly performance bonuses• Medical, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, 401(k)• Paid time off• Mentorship and long-term career advancementSchedule: Full-time, onsite onlyApply with resume (cover letter optional).
