Key responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough document review and analysis
  • Prepare legal documents including pleadings and motions
  • Represent clients in court hearings
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide support
  • Perform in-depth legal research
  • Manage case files and ensure timely execution
  • Negotiate settlements effectively

Required skills

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Maryland state bar; Virginia and DC admissions a bonus
  • Strong analytical and research abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
