Key responsibilities

  • Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence

  • Interact with clients to provide guidance and support
  • Conduct in-depth legal research
  • Manage case files with meticulous organization
  • Negotiate settlements to exceed client expectations

Required skills

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Maryland state bar in good standing
  • Virginia and D.C. admissions are a bonus
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Strong negotiation skills
