The Opportunity Not sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements.As an Associate Attorney in our Consumer Class Action Department, you will have the opportunity to advocate for our clients and be involved in prosecuting complex consumer fraud, data privacy, and breach of warranty class action cases. This elite team offers the best of a law firm feel, supported by big law infrastructure and support. Our team litigates before all tribunals and is known for success in high-profile, high-stakes, and precedent-setting cases. Accountable for Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments Responsible for a high volume of state and federal filing Draft and revise legal documents, including complaints, briefs, and memoranda Participate in strategy sessions and case planning meetings with senior attorneys and the litigation team Review and analyze discovery materials to identify key evidence and build a strong case Write and research pleadings, discovery, and motions Attend hearings Stay updated on relevant legal precedents, industry trends, and regulatory changes that may impact ongoing cases Coordinate with expert witnesses, including reviewing expert reports and preparing for expert depositions Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar At least three years of litigation experience Outstanding xibtplm legal research Ability to collaborate and work independently Out-of-box thinking Aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple deadlines Experience in mediation Class action experience a plus Appellate experience a plus Ability to type at least 40 wpm Compensation 150,000 - $200,000 depending on experiencePay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90017
