Cueto Law Group, P.L. is looking for a Florida-Barred litigation attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join their thriving business law firm in Coral Gables, FL. The selected candidate will work closely with senior partners and staff to provide quality legal services to a diverse client base and manage a heavy caseload efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Advise clients on available options and plan a course of action for successful outcomes
  • Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
  • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
  • Oversee paralegals and administrative assistants in managing time records and client projects
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
