Overview

Law Firm GC, LLC is looking for a litigation attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience in representing professional service organizations. The attorney will manage cases from inception to resolution, which includes trial preparation and depositions, while collaborating with partners and clients on case strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of complex litigation matters
  • Draft and respond to correspondence, discovery, pleadings, and motions
  • Take and defend depositions, participate in hearings, arbitrations, and trials
  • Perform legal research and keep client files up to date
  • Analyze legal issues and advise clients on solutions
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients
  • Deliver work product and assignments in a timely manner

Required skills

  • Active bar membership in Georgia
  • 3 to 7 years of experience practicing law
