We are a dynamic and highly respected personal injury litigation and trial firm seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-8 years of experience to join our South Bay office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience, work closely with top trial lawyers in California, and grow your career in a collaborative, supportive environment.Position OverviewThe Associate Attorney will work under the supervision of the Managing Attorney independently managing a caseload of 15-20 cases. This is a full-time, in-office position.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and file complaints, motions, and other pleadingsHandle written discovery and discovery disputesDraft and argue motions in courtTake and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, experts)Assist with mediation and settlement negotiationsPrepare cases for trial and act as second chair when appropriateCommunicate directly with clients to provide updates and guidanceSupervise and direct paralegals and legal support staffOther litigation-related assignments as neededQualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive California Bar membership, in good standing2-8 years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience (trial experience highly desired but not required)Strong research, writing, and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to manage deadlines and work independently while being a collaborative team playerClient-focused with high professional and ethical standardsCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $150K+ DOEPerformance-based bonusesHealth insurance401(k) with employer contributionsPaid vacation, sick leave, and holidaysContinuing Legal Education (CLE) and professional development opportunitiesMentorship from experienced trial attorneysSupportive, team-oriented work environmentCareer advancement opportunitiesGenerous case referral bonus program Company Description Feher Law, APC represents people who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of a corporation, business, governmental entity or individual with insurance.
