Job Description Job Description Job Description:KTTB is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with construction defect experience to join our innovative practice in Irvine. This is a "hands-on" role where you will be involved in every stage of complex civil litigation/construction defect. You will work closely with partners to advocate for property owners and recover meaningful compensation across Southern California.Key ResponsibilitiesLitigation Management: Manage cases through all phases of the litigation lifecycle.Drafting & Filing: Prepare high-quality pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.Depositions & Evidence: Conduct depositions and collaborate closely with technical experts and clients.Strategic Collaboration: Work under partner supervision while taking ownership of assigned matters to drive results.QualificationsLicensure: Active member of the California State Bar (Required).Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.Experience: 5 years of previous experience in plaintiffs work or construction defect litigation is preferred; background in construction or engineering is a significant plus.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $135,000 - $175,000 per year (commensurate with experience).Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a Health Savings Account (HSA).
