You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Responsibilities: Represent clients in court or before government agenciesPrepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clientsLaw and motion practiceNegotiate settlements for legal disputesComply with all legal standards and regulationsPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law Qualifications: Previous experience in real estate, construction, and/or landlord/tenant law preferredFamiliarity with California civil procedureStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsReal estate brokers license a plusWe are located in North Hollywood.
