Job Description Job Description Elder Law Services of California is looking for an associate attorney to join our firm.Duties include but are not limited to:The attorney will be in charge of reviewing and drafting Revocable/Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, HIPAA documents, and more.Managing client files and records.Preparing legal documents and other forms of communication between attorney and client.Other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:Must be licensed to practice law in the State of CaliforniaExperience in Estate Planning and Trust Administration is preferred.Ability to build rapport with clientsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detailThe ability to work independently when needed,The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,TEAM PLAYER- the ability to work well with others as well as under pressure in a stressful environment.
