Cueto Law Group, P.L. is looking for a Florida-Barred litigation attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join their business law firm in Hialeah, Florida. The ideal candidate should possess strong research and writing skills and be able to manage a heavy caseload while working collaboratively with senior partners and staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Advise clients and devise strategies for successful outcomes
  • Identify client conflicts and plan resolutions
  • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients
  • Supervise paralegals and administrative staff in case management
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
