ReGain Law Firm is looking for an Associate Attorney in Chandler, Arizona, who has 3-5 years of experience and a passion for family law. The role involves working with a team to handle high-conflict cases while gaining expertise in trauma-informed advocacy and support.

Key responsibilities

  • Support senior attorneys with case preparation and legal research
  • Assist with client intake, strategy meetings, and ongoing client communication
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, declarations, and discovery
  • Observe and participate in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
  • Collaborate with DV advocates, therapists, and expert witnesses

Required skills
